I got a warning message

Just now when i signed in to the numista site, got a warning popup from chrome. message is something like 'there is a data breach in the site..... please change password'

@admins : Is there any issue? please confirm. Should i change password ?

Earlier also one user reported a different issue when he accessed new design
“Arise, awake, stop not until your goal is achieved.”
Was it right next to a pop-up that says Congratulation you're the 1.000.000th visitor!!!11!11!?
Sounds more like spam and fishing on your end of the browser then a Numista thing.... I think Xavier would either use the forum for such a message or tell us via mail distribution.

But changing passwords regularly is always good practice.

I can understand your sarcastic comment in bold 'Congratulation you're the 1.000.000th visitor!!!11!11!'.... No probs, i will change my password...

i saw what i saw and reported.... and always there is a first person who sees such a message (its quite possible such things can be seen by some one before any admins see)

it might be fishing attempt, but one thing i can say i have a paid internet security and browser extension enabled for years not seen anything such before in my browser and i am an IT guy with 17+ yrs of experience. so normally first instinct will be check with admins or experts

Please do not take it personally or offended, my reply is not intended with any disrespect

No worries, I personally don't care what people on the internet write, also mine wasn't meant to be mean too.
I still don't think that it's a Numista thing unless it's a reaction of your browser to a security thread when Xavier made a mistake in the implementation of the new design but then there should have been many more mentions.

Hello,

This warning is shown by Chrome when you are using a password which was previously part of a data breach on any website. In case you get such warning, you should probably choose another password (ideally unique) in order to protect your account.

The data breach probably comes from an other website that Numista. I'm not aware of any data breach occurring on Numista in the past.
You may try the service https://haveibeenpwned.com/, which is similar to the Chrome warning. It allows you to search email addresses or passwords which were part of known data breaches.
