I am rich - dollars, my dream has come true.

I don't even know what I ordered, it arrived at home - only I am in Prague for a long-term treatment.  My wife just took a picture of it all to please me.  What kind of treasure do I have in dollars?  You buy cars, villas and resorts - you are rich.  However, these boxes of 100 capsules will probably be more useful.  and that twice, I would like to give a set of American one cents there after my return.
