Very worn coin Belgium or France date unreadable [solved]

I have a very worn coin and the date is unreadable. I believe it is either Belgium or France.

Any help will be appreciated. Sorry for the quality of the photo - it's the best I can do with my camera.

Belgian 2 cent of Leopold I or Leopold II....So 1833-1909. I can not tell more from the images.

Thanks very much for the quick response.

This is definitely Leopold I (LEOPOLD PREMIER), not Leopold II (LEOPOLD II ROI). So 1833-1865.
I have a few Belgian coins of this type that are even more worn (so that even I can't tell which Leopold) - this one is pretty nice!
With better images, I'd say even the date would be recoverable. Can't tell it from these images, sorry.
Thanks for the info. The date is worn completely bare.
