The base coin is a II or IIII Maravedis from Filipe III or IV. It is hard to say. Some coins were even from other countries.
In 1658/59, these coins, with already 2 or 3 previous stamps, where hammered to delete the old stamps and marked again with its original value.
This is the final stamp:
The first stamp is II Maravedis and the second IIII maravedis
