Historically the World War 2 started or it was considered as the world war 2 around 1939... you can google it, read books, etc, etc.
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces9811.html Is this coin minted in 1923 really considered a WWII coinage???

In the comments for the coin it says "Actually struck in 1941-1944 during WW2 German Occupation".

There is the same coin struck in Nickel, I think, or is it steel? I can't remember. If these ones were actually struck in the 1940s then they must have used the same dies but substituted in a cheaper metal.
So the question is should we list the date as 1923 that is listed on the coin, or the date the coins were actually minted. It's an interesting one indeed

Yes I read the comments, but seemed a bit odd... but understandable too.

With some of the restrikes it is recorded as the date written on the coin with the actual mintage date in brackets afterwards. Perhaps that is the best way to do it. SO it would be:
1923 (1941-1944)
Used time zone is UTC+1:00.
Current time is 16:03.
