Syria: KM 127??? [solved]

So I just noticed that there is a small gap between KM126 and KM128

Based on the reference of Schön listed there is also the number 57 missing (or not yet listed in numista), but they don't follow the same order nor I have their book to do a full cross check between both catalogs... This might be a COINcidence...

Any Idea what could happen here? and if they (KM) and Schön have done this kind of mistake in any other country Catalog?

Many thanks in advance!

This is the missing KM#127 (previously); now X#1 :)

Both catalogs do miss some numbers sometimes. I've seen that in both catalogs in few countries.
In many cases, these missing numbers are due to discoveries like this one above.
In such cases, I've made sure to include the previous reference numbers in the comments section at least.

EDIT:
I have Schon 2016, in Syria there is no #57. So it's missing in the book itself

As for why it's in medals, I've had this piece (+3 similar ones) under Syria for a long time, but recently found a report on Central Bank of Syria website listing all commemorative coins they issued, and none of the 4 medallic coins were mentioned. Hence why I recently moved all 4 pieces under Medals. The presentation box does say "Medaille" as well.
