Hello,
I just bought the coin below. As you can see, the 4 is minted over another number. If you look at the website
http://www.duiten.nl/ VOC duiten Zeeland the only overstrike coin is 1794/3, but I'm not sure if the below number is a 3. No restrike is in the catalog at this moment.
Someone able to discover the number below the 4?

No, it doesn't look like a 3. Nor a 0 or 2. The only possibility might be a 1 but like you said, the only overstrike in Krause is the 1794/3.
And it's going to be very tough. Even an enlargement or negative view makes me wiser:
By the way, your link isn't working, you have to delete the "VOC".

It's possible that what you see on the left of the "4" is just a piece of metal that got stuck on the coin during the striking of the coin and not a part of a date overstrike.
