Hello and welcome to the site. I believe your first coin is Egypt KM#361 10 Milliemes King Farouk 1357 (1938)
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces7132.html
The second I think is Egypt KM#290 2/10 Qirsh Abdul Hamid II, accession year 1293 but the picture is too blurred to see the regnal year.

Hello Optimalba,
Here they are:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces7132.html
Year 1357 (1938)
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5828.html
And this one is marked year 1293 with another smaller two number set that tells the exact year, I can't see the picture clear enough to find which year exactly but you should be able to narrow it down.

The regnal year is given by 2 arabic numerals on the obverse (your bottom right picture) located between the central toughra and the outer leaf design situated at about half past nine on your picture. Add that figure to the accession year and that will give you the year of issue.

I'll eat my hat if the regnal year isn't "21" (٢١).

You might be right, it's hard to tell - I think it is a toss-up between 21 and 29

The catalog has a listing for regnal year 21, though...
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5828.html
Even though I think it still could be 21 (unless I'm missing something that radrick might be kind enough to point out to me), I'm beginning to see where it could be "29" as well.
