Estimate for 19% of my coins €836

Just a question not important. I notice on my "My Coin" tab. there is now "Estimate for 19% of my coins€---". Every time I 'log on' the percentage is a little higher. How is that done and who or what is doing it? I think it's great. To tell you the truth, I don't have clue the value of my collection. Thanks

It is calculated by median values which are added by members when they add coin in their collection.

The percentage is growing because more and more coins are being added with value and the values are being calculated.

There was a thread about it a while back:

If you enter in the value of your coins you'll get two figures. One for your entered value and one for an estimated value

What? Me Worry

Looks like you're starting up a new collection.... Just couldn't keep away lol
Only 2 coins, the 1940 centennial halfcrown and 3 of the 1949 crowns that I picked out of bulk lots. I'll probably off-load a couple of them at some stage....unless I try to collect all 400,000 of them ;)

Just looked at my values ect. 22%-£7605.00
Quite happy with that.
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.
