Does anyone know what this coin is? I can't quite find anything that matches the reverse image...

diameter: 18x21mm
weight: 4.12g
metal: bronze?

It's an antoninianus of Tetricus II, showing Spes (Hope) on the reverse.

Thank you so much! No wonder why I couldn't find it, I assumed it was Gallienus from the radiate crown. I guess this https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces37701.html is the page for it in the Numista catalog?

Yes it is. :)
Radiate crown is a common feature of antoninianii (double denarius), the most common denomination during the second part of the 3rd century.

I see! I seem to tend to forget that later antoninianii contain much less silver and assume they're bronze...which makes the search sort of hard. Thank you for the help!
