I have searched the Numista catalog for 1620 and for 1520, and did not find a similar coat of arms. The coin is 17mm at its widest point, and tips the scales at a whopping 0.5 gram. Any ideas?
I have read the letters at the top as LEG, but that could be incorrect.

Will have a look ...
Maybe, if it is 20 divided by the shield, that is the denomination?

Didn‘t check yet but could it be Öttingen?

Well done, yes - this coin has same shield (but is not same coin) ...
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces73378.html
which does have Ludwig Eberhard on that page, so maybe
on your coin above the shield is L E followed by a G letter.
Just found this, with LEG and ZO (so not 20 numbers) either side of shield ...
http://www.stampcircuit.com/coin-Auction/gerhard-hirsch-nachfolger/6003892/lot-4015-%C3%B6ttingen-%C3%B6ttingen-grafschaft-gerhard-hirsch
so is meaning
Ludwig
Eberhard
Graf
zu
Öttingen
Which the two replies since added below confirms.
So on your worn second side was the date divided by an orb containing the value.
The green lines are what I can make out.

The Z O seems is not the date
LEG ZO is part of the legend, seems to be an undated piece
Other coin but showing same lettering.
LEGZO (= Ludwig Eberhard Graf Zu Öttingen)
