is this an elctrotype, tourist piece, fake, or real?

weight 18 grams diameter is 35mm. i see odd doubling of letters on obverse , many pits but i cannot detect a seam. are the pits on this proof it is cast and there for must be an electrotype? or is this a tourist piece. here is a link to one that is not pitted so is struck https://www.numisbids.com/n.php?p=lot&sid=838&lot=2060
To me it looks like a Padua 16th century restrike by Giovanni Cavino
