However, Harper's North American Coins & Prices (2018) page 729 does provide the mintages for the combined strikes for KM# 563 and KM# 648: 6,400 Proof and 4,580 BU, as does the Standard Catalog of World Coins 1901-2000 (2018) page 1550.
