The date and mint are in the outside margins around the square: top-mint, left-five, bottom-eighty, right-six hundred. Parts of that are visible on this coin:

I see there are several stars on the one side (reverse?)
Would you happen to know the significance of these?
The meaning of the stars is unknown to me. Perhaps they are just decoration. The writing on the reverse side is in Uyghur.
The stars are typical for Seljuq silver dirhams. You can check the Seljuq section. I personally recommend Islamic coins and their values by Mitchiner for Seljuq coins especially. Cheers!
