Error coin, country unknown

Hello fellas, I have this coin but know nothing about it. I don't recognize the alphabet on it as well. Any hint? Could someone tell me if it indeed is an error and increases it's value?

It doesn't seem to be an error, just a slightly off-centre strike, not uncommon at all for crudely produced coins like this one.
