In Numista's catalog, the below linked coin is placed in Electorate of Saxony.

These are listed under Kingdom of Saxony

Every place else that I find these coins, there're listed under Saxony-Albertine ..
Question is, why the difference in the Numista catalog .. ??

Both is correct and there is a plan to add Ernestine and Albertine in brackets next to issuer and currency name.
sources that only list Albertine are often simply taking information from Krause catalogue which is in many parts not consistent when it comes to German States.
One difference you can spot between Electorate and Kingdom is the different coat of arms
