Are catalog has a two lines for Venezuela 50 cent. Y92. The second line has low detail/
The plain line more detail. large dots around flags

Variation : Low deltails - that's quality information indeed, I interpret it as low die pressure and resulting shallow details.

I would put it in the first line. [EDIT] or you are right the second one has smaller or slimmer details.

The best way to determine whether it's low or high relief: look at the horse. The high relief version has a horse with few details in the mane and tail hairs, like you can see in the picture below:



It's a bit contradictory: the high relief version has low details, the low relief version has more details. I would have expected it the other way around.
