Note:
I think Numista's earliest coin from Hungary dates back to Stephen I (c. 997-1038) and is listed as 'I. István', like in Denár - I. István (997-1038) (997-1038) Silver • 1.19 g • ⌀ 20 mm CAC I# 1.2

I guess we should be using the English names, right?

Also, feel free to get right of the House, if needed.

Regards,
Alex

Thanks!

Hello,

This list is directly taken from wiki and my not be exactly what we look for.

Just looking at the Habsburgs, I think you can forget about Ferdinand IV, unless I am wrong there is no coinage under Ferdinand IV.

The numbers as kings of Hungary differ from numbers as Emperors. We need to decide (ex. Charles III = Charles VI).

We have to find as way that a collector interested in all coins under a given ruler finds them easily with a search. It would be nice to have coherency with the Austrian catalogue.
Could be add both numbers ex. Charles III / VI

There is also the issue of Hungarian names. They are on most coin names so it might be enough. Currently a search on Leopold gives 51 coins and on Lipot 57.

I point this out to the referees.

Regards.

Thanks, André,
for guiding my attention to this.
I have already sent a precise list of rulers to an admin in an excel, shall I resend to you or someone?

The above list - as you noticed - contains some non-necessary rulers, while misses some coin issuers, like János Hunyadi as governor; a bunch of Árpádian Crown Princes, Insurgent governments, etc.
I also have the full list of Transylvanian issuers;
Pls, advice!

Cheers,
Imre

Hello Imre,

Best is to send to Jarek. As far as I know, he is the one behind the process.

Mostly yes, because Pejounet had some health problems and got a lot of work for translation to French from me.

Also, I would like to say that this will take a while.
