Haven't the foggiest, any help from someone more knowledgeable?
The absolute lack of text limits me in my research abilities!

Looks like from ancient India ,Taxila
coin collector.....
Though the crescented three-arched hill symbol is also used on Taxilla coins, I think this coin is kakani from Sunga Dynasty.
I will try to see if I can get more details in any of my reference books later.
