This medallion is translating as "ministry of national defense" on obverse and the reverse comes across as gibberish, at least in google translate. So any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Reverse - 4th (Zborov is a place) race of youth conscript fitness
Basically it was some sort of competition for youth that should have tested them for army service standard.

And while it was created in Czechoslovakia, language is Czech btw. Both nations used their own, there is no czechoslovak language. Czech and Slovak are just so similar that we understand each other in daily talk.
