Czech/Slovak language assistance [solved]

This medallion is translating as "ministry of national defense" on obverse and the reverse comes across as gibberish, at least in google translate. So any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Obverse - (I) want to be able-bodied (strong/tough)
Reverse - 4th (Zborov is a place) race of youth conscript fitness

Basically it was some sort of competition for youth that should have tested them for army service standard.

And while it was created in Czechoslovakia, language is Czech btw. Both nations used their own, there is no czechoslovak language. Czech and Slovak are just so similar that we understand each other in daily talk.

Ahoj.
Zborov - One of the pillars of the Army tradition
Zborov- It is a city in Ukraine

Military sports youth training has a long tradition and this medal is from IV.
