Dear Visitor,
As the owner of Árpád Medal Shop, thank you for visiting our website and looking beyond our product pages for our past and present.
In 1987, as an avid amateur, I began to build my first collection at the legendary "trade fair" of the Petofi Hall. From the mid-'90s, medaling became my way of life. Country fairs, foreign fairs, then in 1999 I opened my first shop in one of the houses on Teréz Boulevard, and since 2010 I have been expecting collectors and sellers in my Jókai Street coin shop with a larger sales space. (See "Panorama of our shop".)
I'm collecting it for you today, but still with the same passion for hunting as twenty years ago. Rare or special pieces still make me happy, even if I sell them - because I am primarily a trader. I would be happy to advise you on building a worthwhile collection or buying for investment.
I believe that a deal can be fair and successful if both parties are satisfied. The collector will be happy to take home the coveted coin that sells and will be happy to return if he finds some old money in his grandpa's account and the merchant will make a profit on his work and invested money. In this spirit, I work with my colleague Zoltán Puskás every day.

I've been in the shop a few years ago and the shop has many interesting Hungarian coins and decent prices. A very nice experience overall!
I have been there a few times, the staff is nice, there's a nice selection of foreign and hungarian coins and banknotes.
