Description
The Canadian artist Andrew Lewis designed the 2017 silver €5 coin dedicated to World Water Day, an annual observance established by the United Nations in 1993, included in the set with the eight new 2017 divisional coins.
The reverse of the coin features a heart at the center with the water cycle, symbolizing the care with which water must be managed and respected.
