The Flag-throwers and Musicians groups of the Federation of Crossbowmen of San Marino were established in 1982, with the support of the flag-throwers of Sansepolcro, who taught the art of flag-waving to a small group of young Sammarinese.
Today, the Flag-throwers and Musicians are a vital part of the Federation and carry the culture and traditions of San Marino around the world.
