  That has been on here for a while, and has no picture on there; so as you have the token maybe you can add images of yours? The lettering matches, and it says it was issued to anyone who gave a donation to the cathedral.
  I found it by typing Notre Dame in the Search of the left, and it was the last of the 21 results.

 Accidentally added more years than 2009 and I don't know how to remove.

  No, it's alright - I added them, and locked the years so they could not be removed!
I was looking for more details about it, and found size etc and saw these have been issued over many years. The design is the same, just different years. All seen on that site you gave the link to.
 So I guess it is a way of making people come back and donate again, so they can collect the series.  

P.S.  There are only, so far, those years I have found - will add others later if I find images of them. Thanks for your good images added.
