In case of banknotes the "Size" field has two inputs (width&length). This is OK for "Rectangular" types of notes, but as soon as user selects "Round" type - the field name should be automatically changed to "Diameter" with only one entry field.
Perhaps it isn't a banknote, but a coin. There are several other notgeld coins made of cardboard in the catalog.
Those cardboard things are paper money of course, but don't fit the definition of coin nor banknote. For now they are in Numista coin catalog, but remember the classic three requirements for a currency to be a coin “metallum, figura et pondus" (metal, type and weight).

For me it’s more a coin than a banknotes, ok it’s cardboard but the intention was clearly to copy a coin. They can have choose to make it square or rectangular, it will have been easier to produce than round, so my guess is, if they made it round it’s to substitute a coin.
