this shows a lion but otherwise I can't see anything else on it and the other side is completely covered in green so can't see anything. It's about the size of a 5p and looks hammered, any help would be appreciated, found in England by a metal detector

Hi, I've clicked on the link you recommended, but it's just took me to a coin page referencing ½ Mark - Wilhelm II type 2 which makes no sense as it's nothing in relation to the coin I've put  ? But nonetheless I appreciate your advice :)
Hello there, the coin you posted is pretty badley damaged, but that little bit i can see seems to be a horse (pegasus style coin). There were minted in so many countries and different years that without a mark or another figure only God knows where it came from.
Cheers
Maybe - this is English and near the size and has a lion to left ...

Why does it always happen that after 1van starts a thread with his coin Sjoelund posts the link to the Wilhelm II 1/2 mark, ZacUK replies saying ‘What - nothing like it ??! :o‘, followed by 1van saying ‘Hi, I've clicked on the link you recommended, but it's just took me to a coin page referencing ½ Mark - Wilhelm II type 2 which makes no sense as it's nothing in relation to the coin I've put  ? But nonetheless I appreciate your advice :)’? Weird. I think Sjoelund thinks it’s the link to the rules and guidelines of the forum, but there must’ve been a mix-up somewhere so it’s now the wrong link that keeps getting posted.
