it doesn't look like a standard hammered old roman coin however it says roman knight on it, maybe an old token instead ?

Hi, I've clicked on the link you recommended I read before posting but it's just took me to a coin page referencing ½ Mark - Wilhelm II type 2 which makes no sense as it's nothing in relation to the coin I've put  ? But nonetheless I appreciate your advice :)

hi thanks for your thoughts, so far this is the closest match to the coat of arms I can see.
I figured it out. It's a saxmundam thomas knight farthing, 17th century.
