Hello! Been trying for weeks to identify this wire money coin. Apologies but it is severely worn and I don't have a way to weigh it accurately. All I do know from what I've researched so far is that it is indeed a kopek because of the spear wielding rider. Honestly even if I can get a general ruling period I'd be happy with that. See pictures below, US penny shown for scale.
