Because the Royal Mint likes that color for their gold coin drawings?
Ever heard of rose gold? Around 10 percent copper seemms a bit low for this color but it might look different in person.
Rose gold is typically 75% gold, 22.25% copper, 2.75% silver or 75% gold, 25% copper. 90% gold won't give you this color.
It is part of a 9 coin Winnie the Pooh series and won't be the only one to look like that . It does celebrate a very popular and nostalgic children's character after all.

Don't forget these are computer drawings, not pictures of real coins. It's the same for the 2020 gold 50 pence pieces (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=royaume-uni&r=+50+2020&ct=coin&tb=y&tc=y&tn=y&tp=y&tt=y&cat=y&ru=&ca=3&no=&v=&i=&b=&d=&u=&a=&dg=&m=6&f=&t=&w=&mt=&g=&se=&c=&wi=&sw=), but look how the real coins look like: https://www.numisbids.com/n.php?p=lot&sid=4602&lot=338

- etc.
Computer drawings always show a lot of detail, but they are not always exactly the same as the real coin. Therefore it's better to use pictures of real coins (when they are available) in stead of computer drawings.

Yes, like I said.

I am afraid you are incorrect, the images are of the real coins, if you zoom into the coins you will notice very slight imperfections and other marks. They just use very high quality cameras and lighting to get the effect, they might also add a hue or filter to the coin to bring out the 'best' colour.
