Is this another where there are books say there is an overdate,
but to me those pictures do not look like it is?
Surely the lowest horizontal parts of the 2 would stick out either side from
below the 3 number. As well as the diagonal near the middle. Just asking.
The Red Book has a listing for 1893 "3 over 2" with the footnote "Overlaid photographs indicate this is not a true overdate." I think Ole's new comment sums it up accurately.
