This was in a lot of coins I bought at a coin show yesterday. I looked it up and and there is no justinian at the time it said on the 2×2. I have no idea where I should start now.

That is a scarce Anonymous Follis, specifically, Class F type:

Byzantine Empire: Æ Anonymous Class F Follis, Constantinople (Sear 1856; DOC III.2-F.3) - Attributed to Constantine X (1059-1067)
Obv: IC-XC in field; Christ seated facing on throne without back, wearing nimbus cruciger, pallium and colobium, raising right hand in benediction; gospels in left hand
Rev: IS XS / ЬASILЄ / ЬASIL in three lines; cross above and beneath
Dim: 27mm, 9.22 g, 6h

Worth a lot of money scarce
LOL...scarcity does not equate to money. I have a few coins that have a known population of 100 coins or less, but I can't retire from it! Heck, I will be luck to get a good dinner out of one of those coins. It is because you also need demand and some of those coins don't have much demand.

I guess, in your condition, you are talking anywhere from $20 upwards for the right person. I would search around to see how much equitable coins are going for since you know what it is now...
