1989 undentified German token [résolu]

I bought this exonumia (pictures above) yesterday from a seller and I tried to search it on the website, as well as Numista Economia catalogue, but I didn't find this exonumia. Here is some informations about this exonumia:

Weight: 13g

Diameter: 32mm

Thickness: 2,5mm

Composition: ?

However, there is another 1989 exonumia on Numista website which it has exactly the same face in one side. I took a picture below:

Maybe this exonumia was launched in the same commemorative exonumia set.

Does anyone knows about this one?
