Hey can any1 give the year? I'learned arabic & hebrew numbers, thai is following.. can't make a date from this one. Need info to enter collection data… This forum give me just 1 picture / mesage, so I can't send both.. I'll try to answer this msg ang forward the picture from other side.

Yes, asimov37 is correct in reading the date on the coin as 2036. This is in Vikrim Samvat (VS) dating, and to convert to AD dating one needs to subtract 57, so the coin date is 2036-57 = 1979. Here's the Numista listing for this coin.

It's copper-nickel, not .800 silver, but it appears to be in uncirculated condition.
