- 3 grams on kitchen ⚖️, no decimals available 

- 27 mm diameter 

- non magnetic so maybe bronze?

- found in SW Germany

 

The crown seems to “modern” to be Roman? But I think the text is latin?

 Still may not be yours, and not that lettering. 

Yours may have wind from the cloud and not a hand. 

Could still be German though.
