Which my variant: a) square rectangles in the Arms or b) upright rectangles in the arms

I think they're talking about this:

 

There are so many other differences between those two coins!  For example the bricks in the castle wall don't align,  the sword/lance or whatever that is misses a lign, the body of the rider is completely different. I don't know anything about Notgeld and how much they can vary, but on a normal coin I would call fake.

If you post a picture of the entire obverse we could tell which variant it is.  I'm guessing it's F#409.1 a).

Right, the 1a version matches perfectly, didn't realise that.
