Hi all…

I'm trying to add a gold essai variant of the luxembourg 5F 37mm exonumia to this page to help complete the catalog:
N#111037

I went through the process to “Modify or add data on this page” at the bottom of the page.  It was rejected for some reason I don't understand.  I was told there is another page for this coin, but there is not.  My appeal and explanation doesn't get a response.

Here is my modification request:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/contributions/voir_demande.php?id=9112588

Can someone tell me what I've done wrong and how to fix it so that it's added to the catalog?

Hello and welcome to Numista!

Nobody other than you and the Admins can access the request link you posted.  Perhaps post a screenshot of it so we all can see.  Also, appeals will always get a response eventually.  Sometimes it takes awhile. The last appeal I submitted took 4 weeks.

Hi.

The referee asked you to create another entry instead of adding a version: different composition, different entry :-)

État rejeté (Compendium, 25 oct 2023, 16h29)

I don't understand that.  There are already 3 compositions on that entry (silver, bronze and gold). But the gold that's there is the wrong denomination (40F) and size (26mm).  Mine is the same denomination (5F) and the same size (37mm).

The bronze is a different composition but is allowed in the entry as a variant.  It seems like the correct way would be to add my gold 5F as another variant.

Then the whole entry needs a rework. Different composition, size, weight etc leads to separate entries. Many entries are currently wrongly edited, but the solution to the issue is to separate :-)

You can easily create new entries by clicking on Duplicate the page at the bottom. Once they are all created I can move yearlines collectors

Thanks for the explanation.   I'll try to create a new entry using the Duplicate option at the bottom.  I might have tried that before.  This will be my fourth attempt at trying to modify the catalog for this coin.

The referee has stated in my last attempt that they can't accept a photo without the owner's consent.  These are my pictures.  How do I get the referee to accept that these are my pictures?

When chosing source of the photo, you select “i took the photo myself”
