Nice looking note!! With such a low face value you would probably have to find a die hard radar collector who I think would be willing to fork out US$3-5 for it. Maybe on eBay you could get a bidding war going if you are lucky.

IMO, I would value this a bit more, say between $10-$12. My reason is that the radar numbers is eye pleasing, but I wouldn't buy it just  because of the serial numbers. The note itself would sell between $2-3 dollars in UNC condition.
