The following mints should be added to Numista, I have specified exact dates where known. Modern name of city or area has been added in parenthesis where appropriate. To my knowledge all of these mints already has coins originating from them added to the Numista catalog.

Christiania (Oslo), minted coins between 1628 and 1695.

Tunsberg (Tønsberg), known to be active during late 1200s, exact dates are not known.

Gimsøy (Skien), minted coins between 1543 and 1546.

Bergen, known to be active from late 1100s to early 1500s, exact dates are not known.

Nidaros (Trondheim), known to be active from mid 1000s to 1500s, exact dates are not known.

Hamar, known to be active during mid 1000s, exact dates are not known.

In regards to the mint in Kongsberg it is suitable with title change. It has been officially named “The Norwegian Mint” since 2003 when it was sold and thereby lost its status as a royal mint. If it's possible to make it say “Royal Norwegian Mint” for coins and entries pre-2003 that'd be a preferable solution.

Best regards,
Tor

Thanks.  I will start working on these.

For Tonsberg I've used the dates of Eric II (1273-1299) which seems consistent with your date range.

For Bergen, I've used an end date at end of the reign of Frederik I (1533)

For Nidaros 1046 - 1537 (beginning of Harald's reign to end of Olav Engelbrektssen.)

For Hamar  1025-1075.

Now done.

Now done.

Thanks. A little nitpicking if I may.

Would you be able to change it to “PG” and “FG” etc. instead of “Letters PG”, “Letters FG” and “Letters PG”. For the Kongsberg mint all other marks are written without the prefix “letters”. In my opinion that looks much better and makes more sense. I believe the best situation is having both mints follow the same standard.

If you compare N#40310 and N#118997 then you see a clear difference. The suffix is very inconvenient in the list for dates, the Kongsberg minted coins does this right.

If this change is possible it'd be very appreciated.

Thanks again.

Best regards,
Tor

All done.  Thanks for your patience.  Adding marks was new to me, so I learned from those inputs.
