Il est en très mauvais état, mais on y lit :  “*I.TH.C.D.L*”
Cela ne correspond à aucune légende que j'ai pu trouver.
poids 2,37 gr
diamètre  19,5 mm

Dans ce cas il faut modifier le titre de ton topic

 

refaire de meilleures photos !

Grâce à la légende que tu as pu déchiffrer, on peut identifier un double tournois de Jean-Théodore de Cugnon. Par contre pour le type exact…. un de ces deux là :
