i have a coin N#20621 but it doesnt match the description of the page. it weighs 3.42 grams and is 23.7 mm in diameter. thickness is 1.2 mm. maybe its a variety? is it in the hartill book?

I'm not an expert but I feel like those numbers are within tolerance for a coin of that age. 

Can you add photos?

I agree with the previous comment, that weight should be in range. Ancient chinese cash were cast, and their weights varied.

how about the diameter? its 23.7 instead of 25.

There were many different mints all with slightly different coin diameters. As long as it's in a close range of the normal diameter, it's fine.
