Unknown Byzantine (?) bronze/copper coin #2

Please, can you identify & evaluate this byzantine (???) bronze/copper coin?! It's weight is 7,49 g.

Also, what preservation state would you put on it?

This looks like an Anonymous Follis (class E): N#135082

I don't know much about the price, but I found an article, which said it worth less than 100$, even in good condition. Also the image in that article is much better than the one on Numista.
