I have a single Roman coin, which might be this particular one which is missing photos on Numista. It is clearly a denarius from emperor Nerva, with the “Simpulum, sprinkler, ewer and lituus” image on the reverse. There are 12 coins on Numista with this combination, but 5 of those are gold and this one is silver. Of the remaining seven, only one has the text “COS” on the obverse (the others have it on the reverse).
Part of what is confusing is I would swear my coin has “COS II P” on the obverse and according to the description for this listing it should be “COS III P”
The coin has a decent amount of tarnish on it, so even ignoring wear it is not all clear. I wanted to post the images here first, to get an opinion on whether this is even the correct coin (and if not, if anyone can identify the correct listing) as well as any suggestions for improving the scans.

I blew up the corner of the obverse with the COS text on it and played with the brightness and contrast a bit. The last part of the three straight lines after COS appears to be a P to me (making this COS II P) rather than another I (for COS III). There is no coin listed in Numista (that I could find) for the emperor Nerva with COS II P on the front and the sacrificial tool set on the obverse.
