Nonmagnetic white metal

Both sides are the same with medal alignment. Tried photo searches on Numista and Google. For grins and giggles, I even rotated the image 180° and searched photos that way too.

Perhaps the "American Swimming Coaches Association" even though no token is mentioned on internet. “A” looks a bit like their logo
