I'm not Canadian nor the hockey fan. I'm just Queen Elizabeth II coins collector.
Regarding this coin, it seems that all three yearlines should be merged. This is exactly the same coin but only issued in different sets: the standard silver proof, the ANA version of set and the CNA version. These two are special issues with signatures of two hockeists, one also with stapms and photo, see links.
Unfortunatelly, Canada section is full of the sets info put into the coin yearlines. Now, with the ability to create the sets, it should be all moved to sets and the yearlines should be merged unless the coins are really different, even slightly (year, finish, marks etc).
I didn't do the research but suppose that 2001 issues for ANA and CNA are similar case like 1997.
On the other hand, this coin page include yearline 1996 piedorf (normally piedorf should be double thickness so probably another coin page with mass x2 should be created) and it include also 1998 "O" version which is not silver with gold plating but is bimmetalic coin: solid gold center 22ct and silver outer ring. This is another composition so should be cut-out from this page and moved to separate page, I think.
Update: 1998 “O” coin could be something other (I'm not specialist in Canadian variants). The photos assigned to this yearline is wrong. It refers to 1996 bimmetalic gold/silver (or gold .916 & gold .172) coin listed already here. Three past sales auction all refers to this 1996 coin and should be moved to that page too.
