My Great Grandfather fought ww2 in South-East Asia, and he brought back these. I don't know a whole lot about these notes, and if there are any that stick out whatsoever, I'm very curious. My favorite is the Philippines victory note, obvious from the picture, but I am really interested in the smallest note, I assume it's Japanese, but I would love some input from people who know more about this than me.

I cannot see the images. Not sure if this is my pc's fault.

Sorry I see that now, I’m out of my house but I’ll post the images when I get back

I have changed the post, I hope everyone can see it now

What an interesting Lot of notes to inherit!

Some of them are Japanese occupation notes for the various territories they occupied.

The ‘VICTORY’ note from the Philippines is a favourite of mine, a very attractive design. It was modeled on US large size notes, I believe.

The victory is definitely

my favorite but looking at the pictures I forgot to include the one I think is the most interesting so here it is, it’s very small and I assume it’s from Japan but I truly have to clue what it is

I think is Japan with checking it - 5 sen. You have (and I believe) a mixture of Japan, Philippines, Dutch Indonesia, (Korea??) and 1 from The Central Bank of China. I do not believe they are worth much, not in those conditions. Good luck

The little note is a 1944 Japanese P-52 5 Sen (like a US fractional) which had a massive 640M print run & is pretty common.

The 1944 Victory Series P-94 1 Pesos is quite popular but not as tough, nor as valuable as the 1929 red seal P-73b (I believe from what I can see of the picture).  That's the most common 3rd signature but overall the 1929 red seal is much harder to come by than the later Victory series blue seal.

Also, the 1st & 3rd image look like Japanese Invasion Money (or JIM for short). Ones with serial numbers (earlier versions) sometimes are worth more than ones without. The condition of all your notes will play a part in what you can get for them too. Hope that helps & Great set of notes!
