These seem to be duplicates, one is marked bronze but I think they are both brass

They are not duplicates. AC  IL 25 E is listed in the reference Atwood-Coffee as bronze with the mint mark RWM. The other is Brass entered in by @Slipstreamed and does not have the mint mark RWM. It is not listed in the latest edition of Atwood Coffee. Comments to this issue is also on TC which members of American Vecturist Association will see for the next edition.

Too bad I'm not the first to find one 🙃

 

While not conclusive to composition, I did get a density reading of 8.68g/cm³.  Posted here just for documentation.
