one dollar federal reserve note - to much ink on the number 8 in the serial nbr.

Is this normal, or im a milioner? 

I have this typical buck series 1995, The serial number seems fine except this one number, the 8, that is “fat” in the lower half. It looks like there is too much green ink there or something. it kind of looks like letters that are double stamped on a typewriter. The other serial number on the same note has the 8 normally printed.
