Please add Gale & Butler Engravers London. UK and Dutch Press, Colombo Fort, Ceylon. The second one after beeing taken over by the British was renamed Government Press, Colombo, Ceylon. So I don't know how u want to deal with it…

Dutch press not added yet and I don't know if you want to merge it with government press or not.

I think that if the banknote was issued during the British occupation, we can put "Government Press" as the main name and "Dutch Press" as a secondary name. What do you think?
