Wow!

Having a mental breakdown over bronze disease

I have some as well, mostly ancients and medievals.

That's because some of the coins had no Numista page when I bought them, so I added my photos when adding the pages.

Some of the photos are still there, some were replaced by better ones along the years.

Here's some of them that are still there:

N#251085

N#378392

N#169904

N#471710

N#445514

N#190327

N#190438

N#190441

N#140863

N#170081

N#169908

N#96187

N#120395

…Ok, I think that's all of them.

Also, there was a case last year where they asked me in the ID thread to replace the current photo at the time with the specimen of mine, because mine was in way better state. And I did, it's the Guelders one at the end of the list. It's the only case so far where I replaced an existing photo instead of adding it during a page creation.

Thinking a bit more, if you count only the main photo at the page, that's all. But also there's a few pages where my photos are on the examples section:

N#89679

N#239829

N#499884

A curious thing on the last one, my specimen also appears in the past sales sections.

:)

About 100+ coin pages (majority being Japanese commemoratives)

Around 30 banknote pages (majority Japanese notes)

And under 10 exonumia (mostly Japanese set tokens)

Im waiting on this one one but it hasn’t been accepted yet N#520830

A few coins, either I had better pictures of a better coin,

or there were no pictures and I have one.

About 150 exonumia pages added, mostly Franklin mint medals.

Yes

 ½ crown - Charles I - N#195955

The only one, yet 90% of my better pieces are better than the official ones by Heritage Auctions.

I also had a 1946/47 Australian Florin, that was my image for a while, but this replaced by another auction house image of a less satisifactory piece.

I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

Ah, forgot about that one. I created the page ten years ago,

January 2016, and today there are 68 members owning the coin.

 Thanks

I remembered these of mine also now

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

I think I found this in a box of coins my grandfather gave me as a kid.  Unusual !!

It looks like a few people have one too, so it was lucky for me that no one had recorded it yet, especially as there are other similar examples (i.e. N#2715 , N#142239 )

Amateur coin collector with some tokens

I used to have quite a few of my images in the catalogue but I'm not sure if they're still there - how do I search?

When the catalog referee logs in to the site, he can not avoid seeing that requests are pending.

If he already has 150 requests pending, he may not look at your request for some time.

@Idolenz Thank you very much; there are too many to share!

According to my profile, I have added over 1,300 coins to the catalogue, but sadly, do not have time to list them. I know that some of them have a rating of 97, which means, I am the only collector who has that coin in my collection

I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.

Since photos on Set pages don't count, not as many as I should.

27 coins/tokens and 1 banknote

Just two:

About 5,200 plus lots of Set Page pics which are not included. Lots more to come. I like to improve pics on Numista.

I believe I've got one:

N#60138

I did however upload many pictures of examples (to yearlines), many mint set tokens, and probably at least of 50 or 60 sets. (Probably around 100)

Edit:

I've got two: N#44609

I got quite a few, but I've noticed more and more that members' pictures are being replaced with third party's picture. When I was a referee I always had the rule to keep members' pictures in favour over third party's, since I wanted to encourage members to add their own pictures.

Hello everyone,

Do banknotes count? Because I own this contemporary counterfeit and added the photo:

N#475315

I have 1100+, most of them at 1003 pages created:)

Ive got these two, They are not coins per say, but tokens worth $1 inside the Yellowstone National Park like a gift certificate.
