The second one definitely looks like the one where a captive is being dragged on the reverse. There are a few different ones, so I'm not sure which it is.

Looks like the first one is Roman Byzantine with a large M on the reverse.
The M is 40 in the Greek numbering system.
Can't make out who the ruler is.
